  • There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the premises

 

  • Prices shown are per room/per night for two people sharing

 

  • A deposit of 50%- or 1-nights’ accommodation is required to secure your booking

 

  • Check in times are 4.00pm to 9.00pm.

 

  • A late check in fee will be charged for arrivals later than 9.30pm

 

  • Check out time is no later than 10.30am.

 

  • Breakfast is served between 7:30 am and 9am

 

  • Our Cancellation Policy is two weeks before arrival.  Deposits are not refunded after this date.  If cancelling one week prior to your stay we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking if we are unable to re-let the room.

 

  • Please be aware that by booking a room at Ty Derw you are entering into a legally binding contract.

 

  • We would advise all guests to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.

 

  • As we are licenced only alcohol purchased at Ty Derw is to be consumed in the common areas.

 

  • Rooms will only be serviced before 11 am.

 

  • Any damage or food spillages in our rooms will incur an extra cleaning charge on departure.

 

  • We cannot accommodate children under 16 years of age.

 

  • Pets are not allowed

 

  • Your data will be held in the UK in adherence to the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will never share your information with any other sources.
