Well.
We would never have imagined we’d be writing this but we have had to decide to close our doors to guests for the time being.
The huge influx of visitors to the area threatens to overwhelm local services and so for the good of our guests, ourselves and the local community this is the right thing for us to do. We’ve been contacting guests that have booked and refunding deposits this morning, if we have not got to you yet we will be in touch very soon.
Thanks to everyone that we have spoken to so far to cancel for your kindness and understanding, and to the guest that refused his refund to help us out – we were so moved by your kindness that it bought tears to our eyes.
Please don’t forget us! We’ll be keeping busy through the summer keeping Ty Derw looking it’s best for when we can welcome guests again.
