A booking deposit of a minimum of £25 per room will be payable
at time of booking and may be paid by debit or credit card.

Provided
time allows the booking will be confirmed in writing. If the booking
is at very short notice this may be impossible.

If
the booking is cancelled by you for any reason the deposit will
be refunded if the room(s) are re-booked. If this proved impossible
the deposit will be retained.

Should it be
necessary for us to cancel the booking owing to circumstances beyond
our control (eg illness or emergency) we will make every effort
to find alternative accommodation of a suitable standard in the
area but our responsibility is limited to refunding your deposit.

The
balance of the cost is payable on check out by either debit or credit
card or cash. At Ty Derw we do not accept cheques.
|
| 6. |
If you require
an evening meal on the day of your arrival we need to know at latest
by first thing in the morning. |
