Booking conditions

  • All rooms are strictly non smoking.
  • Prices are based per room/per night for two people sharing
  • A deposit of 50% of total cost is required to guarantee your booking
  • Debit Card payments are free. Credit cards subject to a two percent fee.
  • Check in times are 3.00pm to 9.00pm (unless by prior arrangement)
  • Check out time is 10.00am. (We are happy to store luggage for you)
  • Our Cancellation Policy is two weeks before arrival.  Deposits are not refunded after this date.  Cancellation occurring within one week prior to your stay we then reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking if we are unable to re-let the room.
  • Please be aware that by booking a room at Ty Derw you are entering into a legally binding contract.
  • We would advise all guests to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
