Dinner at Ty Derw is a very social occasion when our guests get together to enjoy each other's company and our home cooked food! Our food draws its inspiration from many parts of the world but always including as much fresh local produce as possible. We make almost everything on the premises, no boil in the bag, no bought sauces, no bought in puddings! We even make our own ice cream.
We use only free range poultry and our meat comes from W Lloyd-Williams of Machynlleth, a local butcher with a wide reputation and a string of awards too numerous to detail but including Country
Life Food Producer of the Year in 2003.
