Breakfast at Ty Derw is something special. We take pride in sourcing fresh local ingredients: free range eggs from Julie at Bryn-Afon Farm, Aberhafesp and sausages and bacon from Neuadd Fach Baconry at Llandinam. Over the years Neuadd Fach has won Gold Awards in the Great Taste Awards and in 2006 won Best Speciality in Wales for their dry cured back bacon. The pigs are reared and processed on the farm.
